privind programul de participari ale Romaniei la targurile si expozitiile internationale in anul 1992

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba programul de participari ale Romaniei la targurile si expozitiile internationale in anul 1992, prevazut in anexa la prezenta hotarare.
    Ministerul Comertului si Turismului - Departamentul Comertului Exterior se insarcineaza cu realizarea acestui program.
    Art. 2
    Pentru acoperirea partiala a cheltuielilor in lei si valuta aferente participarii agentilor economici in cadrul pavilioanelor nationale ale Romaniei, se aloca urmatoarele fonduri:
    a) 1,48 mil. dolari S.U.A. pentru inchirierea si amenajarea spatiilor de expunere, regie, transportul exponatelor si al materialelor de amenajare, propaganda comerciala, actiuni de protocol;
    b) 41,84 mil. lei pentru organizarea participarilor expozitionale, inclusiv actiunile de reclama si publicitate in tara.
    Agentii economici vor suporta cheltuielile in lei si in valuta privind deplasarea delegatilor proprii, inclusiv diurna si cazarea in valuta si actiunile de propaganda comerciala.
    Art. 3
    Fondurile valutare se vor elibera in conditiile legii, iar contravaloarea in lei a acestora, precum si cheltuielile care se vor efectua in lei, potrivit prevederilor de la art. 2 alin. 1, se vor asigura din bugetul aprobat Ministerului Comertului si Turismului pe anul 1992.
