In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi având în vedere prevederile Legii bugetului de stat pe anul
2007 nr. 486/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Se aprobă bugetul de
venituri şi cheltuieli rectificat pe anul 2007 al Administraţiei Naţionale a
Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea Ministerului Agriculturii şi
Dezvoltării Rurale, prevăzut în anexa*) care face parte integrantă din prezenta
hotărâre.
Art. 2. - Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei
hotărâri se abrogă Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 224/2007 pentru aprobarea bugetului
de venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2007 al Administraţiei Naţionale a
Imbunătăţirilor Funciare, aflată sub autoritatea Ministerului Agriculturii,
Pădurilor şi Dezvoltării Rurale, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,
Partea I, nr. 180 din 15 martie 2007.
