    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba componenta nominala a Comisiei Interparlamentare Bucuresti - Chisinau, avand un numar de 50 de membri din partea parlamentelor Romaniei si Republicii Moldova.
    Art. 2
    Conducerea partii romane in Comisia Interparlamentara Bucuresti - Chisinau va fi asigurata alternativ, anual, de catre:
    - domnul Adrian Nastase, presedintele Camerei Deputatilor;
    - domnul Nicolae Vacaroiu, presedintele Senatului.
    Art. 3
    Componenta nominala a partii romane in Comisia Interparlamentara Bucuresti - Chisinau este prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata in sedinta comuna a Camerei Deputatilor si Senatului din 23 februarie 2005.
