    Luand act de constatarile inscrise in Nota de constatare intocmita in urma actiunii de control desfasurate la Banca Comerciala "Fortuna" - S.A. si inregistrata la aceasta banca sub nr. 477 din 27 iunie 1996,
    avand in vedere ca, timp de un an de la data autorizarii sale de catre Banca Nationala a Romaniei (26 iunie 1995), Banca Comerciala "Fortuna" - S.A. nu a desfasurat nici un fel de operatiuni bancare,
    in temeiul prevederilor pct. 15 lit. a) din Normele Bancii Nationale a Romaniei nr. 6/1995 privind autorizarea societatilor bancare,

    Consiliul de administratie al Bancii Nationale a Romaniei hotaraste:

    1. Retragerea autorizatiei Bancii Comerciale "Fortuna" - S.A., emisa de Banca Nationala a Romaniei in data de 26 iunie 1995.
    2. Prezenta hotarare va fi transmisa Bancii Comerciale "Fortuna" - S.A., impreuna cu motivatia adoptarii ei.
    3. Prezenta hotarare se publica in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei.
