    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba majorarea plafonului valoric al mesei calde zilnice acordate personalului minier la nivelul de 58.000 lei/persoana pe zi, incepand cu luna ianuarie 2004.
    Art. 2
    Ministerul Finantelor Publice si Ministerul Economiei si Comertului efectueaza modificarile necesare in bugetele de venituri si cheltuieli ale companiilor si societatilor nationale implicate.
