privind modificarea si completarea anexei nr. 3 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 880 din 21 decembrie 2007



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 20 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Anexa nr. 3 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21 decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează:

1. Valorile de inventar ale bunurilor imobile aparţinând domeniului public al statului, înregistrate la nr. M.E.F. 37.766, 37.769 şi 37.772, aflate în administrarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale - Direcţia pentru Agricultură şi Dezvoltare Rurală Hunedoara, se modifică conform nr. Crt. 1-3 din anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

2. Se înscriu în domeniul public al statului şi în administrarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale - Direcţia pentru Agricultură şi Dezvoltare Rurală Hunedoara două imobile, având datele de identificare prevăzute la nr. Crt. 4 şi 5 din anexă.
