In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 681/2001 privind înfiinţarea, organizarea şi funcţionarea Comitetului Interministerial pentru Supravegherea Pieţei Produselor şi Serviciilor şi Protecţia Consumatorilor, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 437 din 6 august 2001, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
