În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 42 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, în conformitate cu art. 11 alin. (2) lit. e) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 84/2003 pentru înfiinţarea Companiei Naţionale de Autostrăzi şi Drumuri Naţionale din România - S.A. prin reorganizarea Regiei Autonome „Administraţia Naţională a Drumurilor din România“, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 47/2004, cu modificările ulterioare, şi art. 3 lit. d) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 28/2008 privind aprobarea conţinutului-cadru al documentaţiei tehnico-economice aferente investiţiilor publice, precum şi a structurii şi metodologiei de elaborare a devizului general pentru obiective de investiţii şi lucrări de intervenţii,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă indicatorii tehnico-economici aferenţi lucrărilor de intervenţii „Consolidare DN 57 km 152+990-km 200+745 Oraviţa-Moraviţa“, judeţele Caraş-Severin şi Timiş, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 2Finanţarea lucrărilor de intervenţii menţionate la art.1 se face de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. Articolul 3Ministerul Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii răspunde de modul de utilizare a sumei prevăzute în anexă, în conformitate cu prevederile legale în vigoare. Factori de risc Obiectivul se va proteja antiseismic conform Normativului P 100-1-2006. Finanţarea investiţiei Finanţarea lucrărilor de intervenţii se face de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor aprobate anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii.
