Având în vedere propunerea Ministerului Muncii, Familiei, Protecţiei Sociale şi Persoanelor Vârstnice, formulată prin Adresa nr. 988 din 24 iulie 2013, înregistrată la Cabinetul primului-ministru sub nr. 5/4.769 din 24 iulie 2013,în temeiul prevederilor art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 11 alin. (2) lit. c) din Legea privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Consiliului Economic şi Social nr. 248/2013,prim-ministrul emite prezenta decizie.ARTICOL UNICSe numesc ca membri în Consiliul Economic şi Social reprezentanţii societăţii civile, prevăzuţi în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta decizie.
