pentru aprobarea structurii organizatorice si a statului de functii ale Departamentului de Control al Guvernului

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 362 din 28 mai 2007



In temeiul art. 19 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Guvernului României şi a ministerelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 3 alin. (2) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 25/2007 privind stabilirea unor măsuri pentru reorganizarea aparatului de lucru al Guvernului,

primul-ministru emite prezenta decizie.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă structura organizatorică şi statul de funcţii ale Departamentului de Control al Guvernului, prevăzute în anexele nr. 1 şi 2, care fac parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 2. - Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei decizii, se abrogă Decizia primului-ministru nr. 380/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii de Control a Guvernului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 557 din 29 iunie 2005.
