În anexa nr. 1 la Ordinul ministrului finanţelor publice nr. 3.097/2017 privind aprobarea Procedurii şi criteriilor de evaluare anuală a modului de utilizare a plafoanelor de garantare de către finanţatorii participanţi în cadrul programului „Prima casă", publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 963 din 6 decembrie 2017, se face următoarea rectificare:– la art. 5 alin. (2) penultima coloană din tabel,în loc de:

„Raportul dintre numărul garanţiilor/promisiunilor acordate de FNGCIMM după ce solicitările de acordare au fost invalidate cel puţin o dată, înregistrate de un finanţator participant în program în anul precedent raportării, şi numărul total al solicitărilor de garantare aprobate de FNGCIMM în anul precedent***)
