privind rezultatul controlului efectuat de Autoritatea Electorala Permanenta la Partidul Social Democrat

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 755 din 10 noiembrie 2008



In conformitate cu prevederile art. 35 alin. (1), art. 36 alin. (1), (5) şi (6) din Legea nr. 334/2006 privind finanţarea activităţii partidelor politice şi a campaniilor electorale, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, cu Calendarul misiunii de control pe anul 2008, aprobat de preşedintele Autorităţii Electorale Permanente, precum şi cu notificarea misiunii de control, în perioada 8 septembrie-9 octombrie 2008 s-a efectuat controlul privind finanţarea activităţii Partidului Social Democrat pentru anul 2007.

Constatări

Veniturile Partidului Social Democrat au fost obţinute din cotizaţiile membrilor de partid - 5.698.889 lei, donaţii - 3.793.656 lei (persoane fizice în sumă de 2.880.144,40 lei, dintre care 1.000 lei donaţie cu caracter confidenţial, persoane juridice în sumă de 813.511,60 lei), venituri provenite din activităţi proprii - 390.893 lei, reprezentând venituri din chirii şi utilităţi, venituri din diferenţe de curs, dobânzi obţinute din plasarea disponibilităţilor.

Nu au fost constatate abateri cu caracter financiar-contabil.
