Văzând Referatul de aprobare al Direcţiei generale asistenţă medicală, medicină de urgenţă şi programe de sănătate publică din cadrul Ministerului Sănătăţii cu nr. VVV 125 din 8 ianuarie 2021,având în vedere:– prevederile Legii nr. 55/2020 privind unele măsuri pentru prevenirea şi combaterea efectelor pandemiei de COVID-19, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare;– prevederile art. 16 alin (1) lit. a) şi b) şi ale art. 25 alin. (2) teza I din Legea nr. 95/2006 privind reforma în domeniul sănătăţii, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 144/2010 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ministrul sănătăţii emite următorul ordin: Articolul IOrdinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 555/2020 privind aprobarea Planului de măsuri pentru pregătirea spitalelor în contextul epidemiei de coronavirus COVID-19, a Listei spitalelor care asigură asistenţa medicală pacienţilor testaţi pozitiv cu virusul SARS-CoV-2 în faza I şi în faza a II-a şi a Listei cu spitalele de suport pentru pacienţii testaţi pozitiv sau suspecţi cu virusul SARS-CoV-2, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 290 din 7 aprilie 2020, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: – în anexa nr. 3 - Lista cu spitalele de suport pentru pacienţii testaţi pozitiv sau suspecţi cu virusul SARS-CoV-2, poziţiile 4, 10 şi 34 se modifică şi vor avea următorul cuprins:
