Având în vedere Raportul nr. 38/1.972 din 23 august 2010 privind îndeplinirea condiţiilor de certificare ca aeroport internaţional a Aeroportului Henri Coandă - Bucureşti, întocmit de comisia de evaluare numită prin ordin al ministrului transporturilor şi infrastructurii,

în temeiul art. 1 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 791/2009 privind condiţiile pentru certificarea aeroporturilor civile internaţionale sau deschise traficului aerian internaţional, precum şi al art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 76/2009 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

ministrul transporturilor şi infrastructurii emite următorul ordin:

Art. 1. - Se aprobă certificarea ca aeroport internaţional a Aeroportului Internaţional Henri Coandă - Bucureşti.

Art. 2. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
