Potrivit Hotărârii Consiliului Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor din data de 22 ianuarie 2013, prin care s-a adoptat modificarea cotei procentuale pentru contribuţia asigurătorilor la Fondul de protecţie a victimelor străzii,în temeiul prevederilor art. 4 alin. (26) şi (27), precum şi ale art. 251 alin. (7) din Legea nr. 32/2000 privind activitatea de asigurare şi supravegherea asigurărilor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,preşedintele Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor emite următorul ordin: Articolul 1Contribuţia asigurătorilor care practică asigurarea obligatorie de răspundere civilă pentru prejudicii produse prin accidente de vehicule, denumită asigurarea RCA, la Fondul de protecţie a victimelor străzii, aferentă anului 2013, este stabilită la cota procentuală de 1,0% din volumul primelor brute încasate pentru această asigurare. Articolul 2La data intrării în vigoare a prezentului ordin se abrogă Ordinul preşedintelui Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor nr. 5/2012 privind cota procentuală pentru contribuţia asigurătorilor la Fondul de protecţie a victimelor străzii, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 203 din 27 martie 2012. Articolul 3Direcţiile de specialitate din cadrul Comisiei de Supraveghere a Asigurărilor asigură ducerea la îndeplinire a prevederilor prezentului ordin.
