pentru modificarea anexei nr. 1 la Regulamentul de organizare si functionare a Oficiului National al Registrului Comertului si a oficiilor registrului comertului de pe langa tribunale, aprobat prin Ordinul ministrului justitiei nr. 3.062/C/2008

Având în vedere dispoziţiile art. 10 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 26/1990 privind registrul comerţului, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

văzând Ordinul ministrului justiţiei nr. 3.062/C/2008 privind aprobarea Regulamentului de organizare şi funcţionare a Oficiului Naţional al Registrului Comerţului şi a oficiilor registrului comerţului de pe lângă tribunale,

luând în considerare prevederile art. III alin. (1) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 229/2008 privind măsuri pentru reducerea unor cheltuieli la nivelul administraţiei publice,

ţinând cont de dispoziţiile art. 23 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 83/2005 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Justiţiei şi Libertăţilor Cetăţeneşti, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

ministrul justiţiei şi libertăţilor cetăţeneşti emite următorul ordin:

Art. I. - La anexa nr. 1 la Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare a Oficiului Naţional al Registrului Comerţului şi a oficiilor registrului comerţului de pe lângă tribunale, aprobat prin Ordinul ministrului justiţiei nr. 3.062/C/2008, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 837 din 12 decembrie 2008, sintagma „Din care posturi de conducere: 335" se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: „Din care posturi de conducere: 275".

Art. II. - Oficiul Naţional al Registrului Comerţului şi oficiile registrului comerţului de pe lângă tribunale vor duce la îndeplinire dispoziţiile prezentului ordin.

Art. III. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
