Având în vedere prevederile art. 7 alin. (1) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 462/2006 pentru aprobarea programului „Termoficare 2006-2020 căldură şi confort" şi înfiinţarea Unităţii de management al proiectului, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ale art. 11 alin. (2) din Regulamentul privind implementarea programului „Termoficare 2006-2020 căldură şi confort", componenta de reabilitare a sistemului centralizat de alimentare cu energie termică, aprobat prin Ordinul viceprim-ministrului, ministrul dezvoltării regionale, administraţiei publice şi fondurilor europene, nr. 49/2018, şi ale Legii bugetului de stat pe anul 2018 nr. 2/2018, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,luând în considerare prevederile Procesului-verbal nr. 28, încheiat în data de 19 martie 2018, ale Procesului-verbal nr. 29, încheiat în data de 30 iulie 2018, şi ale Procesului-verbal nr. 30, încheiat în data de 5 octombrie 2018, ale Comisiei interministeriale de coordonare a Programului „Termoficare 2006-2020 căldură şi confort", în temeiul art. 12 alin. (6) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 51/2018 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Dezvoltării Regionale şi Administraţiei Publice, cu modificările ulterioare,viceprim-ministrul, ministrul dezvoltării regionale şi administraţiei publice, emite următorul ordin: Articolul I Anexa la Ordinul viceprim-ministrului, ministrul dezvoltării regionale şi administraţiei publice, nr. 4.579/2018 privind alocarea unor sume pentru cofinanţarea lucrărilor de investiţii în vederea reabilitării sistemelor centralizate de alimentare cu energie termică a localităţilor conform programului „Termoficare 2006-2020 căldură şi confort", publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 382 din 4 mai 2018, cu modificările ulterioare, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
