pentru modificarea si completarea Instructiunilor privind revizia tehnica si intretinerea vagoanelor in exploatare nr. 250, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului transporturilor, constructiilor si turismului nr. 1.817/2005

In temeiul prevederilor art. 3 alin. (2) lit. k) pct. (ii) din anexa nr. 1 „Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare al Autorităţii de Siguranţă Feroviară Română - ASFR" la anexa nr. 1 „Regulamentul de organizare şi funcţionare al Autorităţii Feroviare Române - AFER", aprobat prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 626/1998 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Feroviare Române - AFER, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 5 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 367/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Transporturilor,

ministrul transporturilor emite următorul ordin:

Art. I. - Instrucţiunile privind revizia tehnică şi întreţinerea vagoanelor în exploatare nr. 250, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului transporturilor, construcţiilor şi turismului nr. 1.817/2005, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.039 şi 1.039 bis din 23 noiembrie 2005, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează:

- Tabelul din anexa nr. 7 la instrucţiuni se înlocuieşte cu tabelul prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.

Art. II. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.
