Având în vedere solicitările inspectoratelor şcolare judeţene Argeş nr. 5.909 din 22.06.2017, Covasna nr. 4.964 din 23.06.2017, Mehedinţi nr. 8.925 din 21.06.2017, Satu Mare nr. 2.804 din 23.06.2017, Vâlcea nr. 3.346 din 23.06.2017, Vrancea nr. 4.932 din 23.06.2017,în temeiul art. 10 alin. (1) şi art. 11 alin. (1), (2), (4) din Normele metodologice pentru aplicarea Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.294/2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al Procesului-verbal al Comisiei de contestaţii numite prin Ordinul ministrului educaţiei naţionale nr. 3.949/2017*) încheiat în data de 26 iunie 2017, precum şi al prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 26/2017 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Educaţiei Naţionale,*) Ordinul ministrului educaţiei naţionale nr. 3.949/2017 nu a fost publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I.ministrul educaţiei naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul IOrdinul ministrului educaţiei naţionale nr. 4.031/2017 pentru aprobarea Listei nominale a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2017, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 479 şi 479 bis din 26 iunie 2017, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. La articolul 1, alineatul (1) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 1(1) Se aprobă Lista nominală a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2017, cuprinzând 7364 de beneficiari, potrivit anexei**), care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin 2. În anexă, numerele curente 88, 114, 141, 161, 201, 2025, 2027 şi 7319 se modifică şi vor avea următorul cuprins:
