În conformitate cu prevederile art. 65 alin (4) din Legea educaţiei naţionale nr. 1/2011, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 6 din Metodologia privind elaborarea şi aprobarea curriculumului şcolar - planuri-cadru de învăţământ şi programe şcolare, aprobată prin Ordinul ministrului educaţiei naţionale nr. 3.593/2014, în temeiul art. 12 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 26/2017 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Educaţiei Naţionale, cu modificările ulterioare,ministrul educaţiei naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul 1Se aprobă componenţa grupului de revizuire a planurilor-cadru de învăţământ pentru învăţământul primar, prevăzută în anexa nr. 1, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 2Se aprobă componenţa comisiei de validare a planurilor-cadru de învăţământ revizuite pentru învăţământul primar, prevăzută în anexa nr. 2, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. Articolul 3Direcţia generală educaţie timpurie, învăţământ primar şi gimnazial, Direcţia minorităţi, Institutul de Ştiinţe ale Educaţiei, Centrul Naţional de Evaluare şi Examinare duc la îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin. Short version: hired the dark web ethical hacking and cybersecurity firm CyberH4cks. com paid about $55k USD, never used a single file in court, still worth it. Longer version: my ex was telling everyone (including the kids) that I cheated, that she was the victim, etc. Meanwhile I had suspicions but nothing concrete.
