de venituri si cheltuieli modificat pe anul 2007 al Autoritatii Rutiere Romane

ACT EMIS DE:
MINISTERUL ECONOMIEI SI FINANTELOR
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 702 din 18 octombrie 2007
In temeiul prevederilor art. 1
alin. (1) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 1/2007 privind aprobarea bugetelor de
venituri şi cheltuieli ale unităţilor din subordinea, coordonarea sau sub
autoritatea ministerelor, celorlalte organe de specialitate ale administraţiei
publice centrale, precum şi a autorităţilor publice centrale, aprobată cu
modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 176/2007, cu modificările ulterioare,
ale art. 7 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 625/1998 privind organizarea
şi funcţionarea Autorităţii Rutiere Române -A.R.R., cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, ale art. 11 alin. (4) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr.
386/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Economiei şi
Finanţelor, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi ale art. 5 alin. (4)
din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 367/2007 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea
Ministerului Transporturilor, cu modificările ulterioare,
ministrul transporturilor şi ministrul economiei şi
finanţelor emit următorul ordin:
Art. 1. - (1) Se aprobă bugetul de venituri şi
cheltuieli modificat pe anul 2007 al Autorităţii Rutiere Române, care
funcţionează în subordinea Ministerului Transporturilor, finanţată din venituri
proprii, prevăzut în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin.
(2) Defalcarea pe trimestre a
indicatorilor prevăzuţi în bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli al Autorităţii
Rutiere Române se aprobă de către Consiliul de conducere al acesteia.
Art. 2. - (1) Cheltuielile totale aferente veniturilor
înscrise în bugetul de venituri şi cheltuieli al
Autorităţii Rutiere Române reprezintă limite maxime.
(2) In cazul în care în execuţie se înregistrează
nerealizări ale veniturilor aprobate, Autoritatea Rutieră Română poate efectua
cheltuieli proporţional cu gradul de realizare a veniturilor.
Art. 3. - Ordinul ministrului transporturilor,
construcţiilor şi turismului nr. 597/2007 privind aprobarea bugetului de
venituri şi cheltuieli pe anul 2007 al Autorităţii Rutiere Române -A.R.R.,
publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I,
nr. 233 din 4 aprilie 2007, se abrogă.
Art. 4. - Prezentul ordin se publică în Monitorul
Oficial al României, Partea I.
Art. 5. -Autoritatea Rutieră Română va duce la
îndeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.

cu salariile sunt cuprinse şi indemnizaţiile membrilor Consiliului de Conducere
suma de 191 mii lei.
