pentru modificarea Ordinului ministrului sanatatii nr. 466/2006 privind infiintarea comisiilor consultative ale Ministerului Sanatatii

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 687 din 9 octombrie 2007



In temeiul prevederilor Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 862/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Sănătăţii Publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

văzând Referatul de aprobare al Secretariatului general nr. E.N. 8.971 din 29 august 2007,

ministrul sănătăţii publice emite următorul ordin:

Art. I. - Ordinul ministrului sănătăţii nr. 466/2006 privind înfiinţarea comisiilor consultative ale Ministerului Sănătăţii, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 434 din 19 mai 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează:

1. La anexa 2 „Componenţa comisiilor de specialitate ale Ministerului Sănătăţii", punctul 12 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:
