Având în vedere prevederile art. 8 alin. (3) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 267/2004 privind instituirea Sistemului de clasificare a carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,văzând Procesul-verbal nr. 25/2012 cu clasificatorii autorizaţi pentru specia porcine transmis de Comisia de clasificare a carcaselor de porcine, bovine şi ovine, precum şi Referatul Direcţiei generale control şi inspecţii nr. 232.120/15 iunie 2012,în temeiul art. 7 alin. (5) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 725/2010 privind reorganizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Agriculturii şi Dezvoltării Rurale, precum şi a unor structuri aflate în subordinea acestuia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul agriculturii şi dezvoltării rurale emite următorul ordin: Articolul IAnexa la Ordinul ministrului agriculturii, pădurilor şi dezvoltării rurale nr. 848/2004 pentru aprobarea Listei cu clasificatorii autorizaţi, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.090 din 23 noiembrie 2004, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se completează după cum urmează: – după poziţia 473 se introduc 16 poziţii noi, poziţiile 474-489, care vor avea următorul cuprins:
