Pentru aplicarea prevederilor art. 5 alin. (1) lit. r) din Legea nr. 346/2006 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, cu modificările ulterioare,în temeiul prevederilor art. 33 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 346/2006, cu modificările ulterioare,ministrul apărării naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul INormele privind consumurile de combustibili pentru încălziri centrale, ventilaţii şi activităţi administrativ-gospodăreşti în unităţile militare ale Ministerului Apărării Naţionale, aprobate prin Ordinul ministrului apărării naţionale nr. M.121/2010, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 774 şi 774 bis din 18 noiembrie 2010, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. Anexa nr. 13 se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa nr. 1, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. 2. Anexa nr. 14 se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa nr. 2, care face parte integrantă din prezentul ordin. 3. La anexa nr. 15 tabelul nr. 4, numărul curent 3 va avea următorul cuprins: Pentru încăperile spitaliceşti, sanatoriile, casele de odihnă, cabanele militare, căminele de copii, infirmeriile, casele de creştere şi educare a copiilor, camerele de izolare, serele de flori şi garajele cu un volum până la 300 m3 se acordă anual câte 0,3 kg pe zi pentru fiecare m3. ANEXA Nr. 1(Anexa nr. 13 la Ordinul nr. M.121/2010) Transformarea combustibilului convenţional în combustibil natural sau invers Combustibilii existenţi şi utilizaţi în procesele de ardere se prezintă sub o mare diversitate, atât ca proprietăţi fizice şi chimice, cât şi ca puteri calorifice. Pentru a nu se opera cu multitudinea acestor combustibili, a fost introdusă noţiunea de combustibil convenţional, acesta fiind un combustibil de calcul care are puterea calorifică de 7.000 kcal/kg. La încheierea calculelor, aceşti combustibili sunt transformaţi în combustibili naturali cu ajutorul coeficienţilor de transformare de mai jos. Modul de operare cu coeficienţii de transformare este următorul: a)Pentru transformarea din combustibil convenţional în combustibil natural, cantitatea de combustibil convenţional se împarte la coeficientul de transformare.Exemplu: Să se transforme cantitatea de 10.000 kg combustibil convenţional în gaz metan. Rezolvare:

– în tabel se găseşte coeficientul de transformare cu valoarea u = 1,15;

– se împarte cantitatea de combustibil convenţional (10.000 kg) la coeficientul de transformare (1,15) şi rezultă cantitatea corespunzătoare de combustibil natural - gaz metan.10.000 = 8.696 m3 gaz metan 1,15 b)Pentru transformarea combustibilului natural în combustibil convenţional, cantitatea de combustibil natural se înmulţeşte cu coeficientul de transformare.
