    Avand in vedere prioritatea lucrarilor de remediere a avariilor produse la obiectivele aferente Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale, cauzate de ploile torentiale din lunile iulie - august 2005, care urmeaza a se executa in regim de urgenta, pentru a putea asigura prestarea serviciului public de transport gaze naturale in conditii de siguranta pe teritoriul tarii,
    tinand seama de necesitatea decalarii termenelor de executie pentru obiectivele prevazute la pct. 1 si 6 din anexa la Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 33/2004, aprobata cu completari prin Legea nr. 322/2004, pentru lunile octombrie, respectiv decembrie 2006, pentru a putea asigura alimentarea cu gaze naturale a localitatilor situate pe cele doua directii de consum, si implicit dezvoltarea economica si sociala corespunzatoare a zonelor respective, care vizeaza interesul general si constituie situatii extraordinare a caror reglementare nu poate fi amanata,
    in temeiul art. 115 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 33/2004 privind aprobarea Programului de dezvoltare a Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale pentru alimentarea cu gaze naturale a unor localitati in perioada mai 2004 - noiembrie 2005, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 474 din 26 mai 2004, aprobata cu completari prin Legea nr. 322/2004, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Titlul ordonantei de urgenta va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "ORDONANTA DE URGENTA
privind aprobarea Programului de dezvoltare a Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale pentru alimentarea cu gaze naturale a unor localitati in perioada mai 2004 - decembrie 2006"
    2. Articolul 1 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 1
    Se aproba Programul de dezvoltare a Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale pentru alimentarea cu gaze naturale a unor localitati in perioada mai 2004 - decembrie 2006, prevazut in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta."
    3. Alineatul (1) al articolului 2 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 2
    (1) Se aproba realizarea lucrarilor din cadrul Programului de dezvoltare a Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale pentru alimentarea cu gaze naturale a unor localitati in perioada mai 2004 - decembrie 2006 de catre Societatea Nationala de Transport Gaze Naturale <<Transgaz>> S.A."
    4. Titlul anexei va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "PROGRAMUL DE DEZVOLTARE
a Sistemului national de transport al gazelor naturale pentru alimentarea cu gaze naturale a unor localitati in perioada mai 2004 - decembrie 2006"
    5. La anexa, numerele curente 1 si 6 vor avea urmatorul cuprins:
