    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutie, republicata, si al art. 176 din Legea nr. 571/2003 privind Codul fiscal,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Incepand cu data de 1 iulie 2004, nivelul accizelor armonizate prevazut la art. 176 din Legea nr. 571/2003 privind Codul fiscal se modifica si este cel prevazut in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Prezenta hotarare transpune in legislatia nationala directivele CEE nr. 92/82 si nr. 92/84, publicate in Jurnalul Oficial nr. L316 din 31 octombrie 1992, si directivele CEE nr. 92/79 si nr. 92/80, publicate in Jurnalul Oficial nr. L316 din 31 octombrie 1992 si amendate prin Directiva CEE nr. 2002/10, publicata in Jurnalul Oficial nr. L046 din 16 februarie 2002.

    *3) Prin gaze petroliere lichefiate utilizate in consum casnic se intelege gazele petroliere lichefiate, distribuite in butelii tip aragaz.
    *4) Petrolul lampant utilizat drept combustibil de persoanele fizice nu se accizeaza.
