privind actualizarea
inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului si în
administrarea Ministerului Administratiei si Internelor
ACT EMIS DE:
GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 557 din 11 august 2009
In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, şi al art. 2 alin. (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006
pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al
statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre:
Art. 1. - Se aprobă actualizarea inventarului centralizat
al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului prin schimbarea unităţii de
administrare pentru unele imobile aflate în domeniul public al statului şi în
administrarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor, potrivit anexei care
face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 2. - Se aprobă scoaterea din domeniul public al
statului şi din administrarea Ministerului Administraţiei şi Internelor a
imobilului înregistrat la poziţia M.F.R 101.482, cod de clasificare nr.
8.29.10, din anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru
aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al
statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, ca urmare a retrocedării
acestuia către persoana îndreptăţită, în condiţiile legii.
Art. 3. - Ministerul Administraţiei şi Internelor îşi
va actualiza în mod corespunzător datele din evidenţa cantitativ-valorică şi,
împreună cu Ministerul Finanţelor Publice, va opera modificarea corespunzătoare
a anexei nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare, referitoare la bunurile publice prevăzute la art. 1.
