HOTARARE Nr. 820 din 14 septembrie 2000
pentru modificarea si completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 447/1997 privind
organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 463 din 22 septembrie 2000

In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,
Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.
Art. 1
Hotararea Guvernului nr. 447/1997 privind organizarea si functionarea
Ministerului Finantelor, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I,
nr. 197 din 18 august 1997, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se
modifica si se completeaza, dupa cum urmeaza:
1. Alineatul (2) al articolului 6^3 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"(2) Secretarul general coordoneaza 5 departamente conduse de cate un
secretar general adjunct, precum si 4 directii generale."
2. Dupa alineatul (2) al articolului 7 se introduce alineatul (2^1) cu
urmatorul cuprins:
"(2^1) - In cadrul structurii organizatorice a Directiei generale
dezvoltare institutionala si resurse umane se organizeaza Scoala de finante
publice, cu statut de directie, care functioneaza cu un numar de 25 de posturi.
Conducerea stiintifica si executiva, precum si atributiile acesteia vor fi
stabilite prin ordin al ministrului finantelor."
3. Alineatul (3) al articolului 7 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
"(3) Numarul maxim de posturi pentru aparatul propriu al Ministerului
Finantelor este de 1.550, conform anexei nr. 1."
4. Anexa nr. 1 se inlocuieste cu anexa la prezenta hotarare.
Art. 2
Hotararea Guvernului nr. 447/1997 privind organizarea si functionarea
Ministerului Finantelor, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare si cu cele
aduse prin prezenta hotarare, va fi republicata in Monitorul Oficial al
Romaniei, Partea I, dandu-se textelor o noua numerotare.
