pentru modificarea anexei nr. 16 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului

In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 20 din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, şi al art. 2 alin. (1) şi (2) din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Valoarea de inventar a imobilelor aparţinând domeniului public al statului, înregistrate la poziţiile M.F. nr. 33839, 150246, 33820, 33829, 33826, 33818, 33813, 33817, 150254, 150248, 33806, 150250, 33792, 150252, 150256, 33771, 33770, 33769, 33768, 150239, 33766, 150244, 33755, 150242, 33744, 33933 şi 150238 din anexa nr. 16 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21 decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică potrivit prevederilor din anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
