completarea anexei nr. 11 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru
aprobarea inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului
ACT EMIS DE:
GUVERNUL ROMANIEI
ACT PUBLICAT IN:
MONITORUL OFICIAL NR. 207 din 1 aprilie 2010
In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României,
republicată, al art. 7, art. 12 alin. (1) şi (2), precum şi al
art. 20 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publică
şi regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificările şi
completările ulterioare,
Guvernul României adoptă
prezenta hotărâre.
Art. 1. - Datele de identificare a imobilelor
aparţinând domeniului public al statului, înregistrate la poziţiile
cu nr. M.F. 154340, 154346, 154347, 154353, 154356, 154357, 154361, 154363,
154364, 154370, 154371, 154377, 154378, 154379, 154386, 154387 din anexa nr. 11
la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea inventarului
centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, publicată în
Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 1.020 şi 1.020 bis din 21
decembrie 2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică
potrivit anexei nr. 1.
Art. 2. - Se aprobă înscrierea în inventarul
centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului a imobilelor având
datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa nr. 2, în domeniul public al
statului şi în administrarea Ministerului Justiţiei - Administraţia
Naţională a Penitenciarelor - Penitenciarul Bucureşti Rahova.
Art. 3. - Pe data intrării în vigoare a prezentei
hotărâri se modifică şi se completează corespunzător
anexa nr. 11 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.705/2006 pentru aprobarea
inventarului centralizat al bunurilor din domeniul public al statului, cu
modificările şi completările ulterioare.
Art. 4. - Anexele nr. 1 şi 2 fac parte
integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
