reducerea temporara a taxelor vamale de import pentru unele categorii de
marfuri pentru anul 2006

In temeiul art. 108 din
Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, si al art. 70 din Legea nr. 141/1997 privind
Codul vamal al Romaniei, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
Guvernul Romaniei
adopta prezenta hotarare.
Art. 1. - Taxele vamale
aplicate la importul unor produse agricole si industriale in anul 2006 sunt
cele prevazute in anexa*) care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

Art. 2. - Taxele vamale
exceptate sau reduse la importul produselor agricole si industriale prevazute
in anexa sunt valabile de la 16 februarie 2006 la 31 decembrie 2006, inclusiv.
