În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 21 alin. (3) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICÎn anexa nr. 15 „Inventarul bunurilor care aparţin domeniului public al comunei Coşbuc“ la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 905/2002 privind atestarea domeniului public al judeţului Bistriţa-Năsăud, precum şi al municipiului, oraşelor şi comunelor din judeţul Bistriţa-Năsăud, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 647 şi 647 bis din 31 august 2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, la secţiunea I „Bunuri imobile“, capitolul VI „Terenuri şi clădiri“, după poziţia 7 se introduc 3 noi poziţii, poziţiile nr. 8-10, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
