privind rectificarea bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2005

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 177 din  1 martie 2005

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, si al art. 11 alin. (5) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 146/2002 privind formarea si utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria statului, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 201/2003, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Bugetul Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2005, aprobat prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 2.055/2004, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 1.144 din 3 decembrie 2004, se diminueaza la cheltuieli cu suma de 430,0 miliarde lei, din care: cheltuielile pentru autoritati publice se majoreaza cu suma de 440,0 miliarde lei, la cheltuieli materiale si servicii, si cheltuielile pentru plati de dobanzi se diminueaza cu suma de 870,0 miliarde lei, iar deficitul se diminueaza cu suma de 430 miliarde lei.
    Art. 2
    Structura bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2005, rectificat, este prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
