În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 42 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 500/2002 privind finanţele publice, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICHotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.269/2008 pentru aprobarea indicatorilor tehnico-economici ai obiectivului de investiţii „Redeschiderea circulaţiei feroviare pe podul nou de cale ferată peste râul Argeş, linia CF Bucureşti-Giurgiu, între staţiile CF Vidra-Grădiştea“, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 703 din 16 octombrie 2008, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. Articolul 2 va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 2Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii se face din fonduri nerambursabile alocate de Comisia Europeană prin Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională şi de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor prevăzute anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. 2. Anexa se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre. Amplasament: Pe raza judeţului Giurgiu, pe teritoriul comunelor Colibaşi şi Comana. Din punct de vedere feroviar zona este situată pe linia de cale ferată Bucureşti Progresu-Giurgiu, intervalele Vidra-Grădiştea-Comana Indicatorii tehnico-economici:
Valoarea totală a investiţiei (inclusiv TVA) mii lei 308.588*)
(în preţuri în luna iunie 2011, 1 euro = 4,24 lei),
din care:
• construcţii+montaj: mii lei 235.393
Capacităţi:
- lungime traseu km 4,575
- lungime pod km 0,217
- lungime viaducte km 0,777
- lungime terasamente km 3,581
- podeţe m 2 x 2,0
- viteza de circulaţie km/h 95
Durata de realizare a investiţiei luni 12

Factori de risc: Obiectivul se va proteja antiseismic conform Normativului P 100-1/2006, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare. Finanţarea investiţiei: Finanţarea obiectivului de investiţii se face din fonduri nerambursabile alocate de Comisia Europeană prin Fondul European de Dezvoltare Regională şi de la bugetul de stat, prin bugetul Ministerului Transporturilor şi Infrastructurii, în limita sumelor prevăzute anual cu această destinaţie, conform programelor de investiţii publice aprobate potrivit legii. *) Valoarea se va actualiza potrivit evoluţiei ulterioare a preţurilor.
