    In temeiul prevederilor art. 70 din Legea nr. 141/1997 privind Codul vamal al Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba, pentru anul 1998, exceptarea sau, dupa caz, reducerea taxelor vamale la importul unor produse de bumbac cuprinse in cap. 52 din Tariful vamal de import al Romaniei, prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
