    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se excepteaza de la plata taxelor vamale aparatele si utilajele cuprinse in pozitiile tarifare prevazute in anexa, care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Beneficiaza de prevederile art. 1 unitatile de cercetare stiintifica si dezvoltare tehnologica pe baza avizului Ministerului Cercetarii si Tehnologiei, care va confirma ca achizitiile respective sunt finantate din Fondul special pentru cercetare-dezvoltare.
    Art. 3
    Prevederile prezentei hotarari se aplica pana la 31 decembrie 1994.
