    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, si al art. 4 alin. (5) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 80/2001 privind stabilirea unor normative de cheltuieli pentru autoritatile administratiei publice si institutiile publice, aprobata cu modificari si completari prin Legea nr. 247/2002, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se autorizeaza Ministerul Educatiei si Cercetarii sa organizeze in luna septembrie 2005 seminarul de formare a corespondentilor nationali ai CONFEMEN - Conferinta ministrilor educatiei din tarile care au in comun folosirea limbii franceze, cu durata de 7 zile, la care vor participa 58 de persoane din cele 43 de tari membre.
    Art. 2
    Finantarea cheltuielilor aferente organizarii si desfasurarii seminarului prevazut la art. 1, in suma de 171.608,6 lei (RON), se asigura din bugetul aprobat Ministerului Educatiei si Cercetarii, de la capitolul 57.01 "Invatamant", titlul 20 "Cheltuieli materiale si servicii", potrivit devizului prevazut in anexa*) care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
