privind infiintarea distributiilor de gaze naturale in unele localitati din tara, precum si extinderea consumului de gaze naturale la gospodariile populatiei

    Guvernul Romaniei  hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba infiintarea distributiilor de gaze naturale intr-un numar de 26 localitati din tara, prevazute in anexa nr. 1 la prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba utilizarea unui debit maxim de 77.523 mc/h, repartizat pe localitati, potrivit anexei nr. 1.
    Consumul de gaze naturale este destinat prepararii hranei la blocurile de locuinte, prepararii hranei si incalzirii la gospodariile populatiei, precum si pentru obiectivele social-culturale.
    Art. 3
    In cazul nerealizarii lucrarilor de investitii prevazute la art. 1, in termen de un an de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari, aceasta atrage dupa sine anularea aprobarii introducerii gazelor naturale in localitatea respectiva.
    Art. 4
    Se aproba debitul instalat de 50.912 mc/h, destinat extinderii consumului de gaze naturale la gospodariile populatiei - prin instalarea de noi receptori - in localitati cu distributii de gaze naturale in functiune, repartizat pe judete, conform anexei nr. 2 la prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 5
    Cheltuielile necesare realizarii distributiilor de gaze naturale, precum si cele de realizare a lucrarilor de racordare, vor fi suportate de beneficiari, in conditiile legii.
