    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se numeste comisia de receptie pentru obiectivul de investitii "Port Constanta Sud - zona libera", in componenta prevazuta in anexa la prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 474/1992 isi inceteaza aplicabilitatea.
