    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Pentru Societatea Nationala a Cailor Ferate Romane se aproba drept indicator de eficienta economica productivitatea stabilita in unitati fizice ca raport intre parcursul trenurilor de marfa si calatori, masurat in tone nete - km conventionale si numarul mediu scriptic de personal, ce se va aplica la corectarea intregului fond de salarii care poate fi consumat fara obligatia de a plati impozit suplimentar.
    Datele necesare calcularii acestui indicator se vor lua din darile de seama statistice stabilite de Comisia Nationala pentru Statistica, iar modul de calcul al influentelor care decurg din evolutia indicatorului de eficienta se va stabili de Ministerul Transporturilor, cu avizul Ministerului Muncii si Protectiei Sociale si al Ministerului Finantelor.
