pentru aprobarea bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 2003

    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pentru anul 2003, finantat integral din venituri extrabugetare, se stabileste la suma de 170.200.000 mii lei - venituri curente si sold din anul precedent, 162.656.000 mii lei - cheltuieli si la suma de 7.544.000 mii lei - excedent bugetar.
    Art. 2
    Se mandateaza conducerea Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare sa contracteze achizitionarea sau construirea unui sediu pentru functionarea comisiei, in limita prevederilor bugetare aprobate in anexa.
    Art. 3
    Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificatiei bugetului de stat este prezentata in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 9 decembrie 2002, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.
