pentru aprobarea rectificarii bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pe anul 2003

    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Bugetul de venituri si cheltuieli al Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare pentru anul 2003, rectificat, finantat integral din venituri extrabugetare, se stabileste la suma de 163.750.000 mii lei - venituri curente si sold din anul precedent, 103.750.000 mii lei - cheltuieli si la suma de 1.094.000 mii lei - excedent bugetar.
    Art. 2
    Detalierea cheltuielilor pe structura clasificatiei bugetului de stat este prezentata in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 3
    Repartizarea pe trimestre a bugetului de venituri si cheltuieli se face de Comisia Nationala a Valorilor Mobiliare in conformitate cu obiectivele si sarcinile acesteia.

    Aceasta hotarare a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si de Senat in sedinta comuna din 26 iunie 2003, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.

(2) lit. e) din Statutul Comisiei Nationale a Valorilor Mobiliare, aprobat prin Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 25/2002, aprobata cu modificari prin Legea nr. 514/2002, este de cate 2.000 lei/contract, perceput de la fiecare parte contractanta.
