In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Anexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.842/2005 privind aprobarea obiectivelor etapei a VII-a - 2006 a Programului de realizare a Sistemului naţional antigrindină, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României,Partea I, nr. 15 din 9 ianuarie 2006, se modifică şi se înlocuieşte cu anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
