    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Produsele din industria carbunelui, minereurilor feroase, neferoase, radioactive si rare, prevazute in anexa la prezenta hotarare, livrate de regiile autonome de interes national, vor fi subventionate in anul 1995 de la bugetul de stat pentru diferenta dintre costurile de productie si preturile cu ridicata ale produselor in cauza.
    Art. 2
    Volumul subventiilor pentru produsele din anexa se stabileste conform normelor aprobate de Ministerul Finantelor, in limita sumei ce se va aproba prin legea bugetului de stat pe anul 1995.
