    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba infiintarea distributiei de gaze naturale in comuna Vanatori, judetul Neamt.
    Art. 2
    Se aproba utilizarea unui debit instalat de 4.500 mc/h.
    Art. 3
    Neinceperea lucrarilor de investitii in termen de un an de la intrarea in vigoare a prezentei hotarari atrage anularea aprobarii infiintarii distributiei de gaze naturale.
    Art. 4
    Proiectarea si executia retelelor de distributie se vor face prin unitati autorizate de Regia Autonoma a Gazelor Naturale "Romgaz" Medias, in baza unei metodologii elaborate de Ministerul Industriei si Comertului.
    Art. 5
    Cheltuielile necesare realizarii distributiei de gaze naturale, precum si cele de realizare a lucrarilor de racordare vor fi suportate de beneficiar, in conditiile legii.
