    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea unui imobil, proprietate publica a statului, situat in municipiul Sibiu, str. Lucian Blaga nr. 13, judetul Sibiu, avand caracteristicile tehnice prevazute in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, din administrarea Consiliului Judetean Sibiu in administrarea Academiei Romane, pentru a fi utilizat ca sediu al Institutului de Cercetari Socioumane Sibiu.
    Art. 2
    Predarea-preluarea imobilului prevazut la art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol, incheiat intre cele doua parti in termen de 30 de zile de la data publicarii prezentei hotarari in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, la valoarea de inventar de la data transmiterii.
