Având în vedere Decizia primului-ministru nr. 120/2012 privind unele măsuri pentru exercitarea funcţiei de secretar general al Guvernului,în temeiul prevederilor art. 7 alin. (1), ale art. 19 alin. (2), precum şi ale art. 61 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 7/2006 privind statutul funcţionarului public parlamentar, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Raportul de serviciu al domnului Ion Moraru, secretar general al Senatului, se suspendă de drept pe o perioadă de 6 luni. Articolul 2Pe perioada suspendării titularului, domnul Ion Vărgău, şeful Departamentului administrare patrimoniu, va îndeplini atribuţiile de secretar general al Senatului. Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 8 mai 2012, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată. PREŞEDINTELE SENATULUI VASILE BLAGA
