În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, al art. 9 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 213/1998 privind bunurile proprietate publică, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, al art. 867 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 287/2009 privind Codul civil, republicată, cu modificările ulterioare, şi al art. 175 alin. (5) din Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 92/2003 privind Codul de procedură fiscală, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul 1Se aprobă transmiterea unui imobil, trecut în proprietatea statului ca urmare a operaţiunilor de dare în plată, în condiţiile legii, având datele de identificare prevăzute în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, din domeniul public al statului în domeniul public al oraşului Pucioasa, judeţul Dâmboviţa, şi în administrarea Consiliului Local al Oraşului Pucioasa, în vederea realizării unui campus cu destinaţie socială, respectiv locuinţe sociale şi o creşă/grădiniţă. Articolul 2Predarea-preluarea imobilului transmis potrivit prevederilor art. 1 se va face pe bază de protocol încheiat între părţile interesate, în termen de 30 de zile de la data intrării în vigoare a prezentei hotărâri.
