privind infiintarea distributiilor de gaze naturale in unele localitati din tara

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba infiintarea distributiilor de gaze naturale intr-un numar de 28 de localitati, precum si utilizarea unui debit maxim de 29.824 mc/h, repartizat pe aceste localitati conform anexei.
    (2) Consumul de gaze naturale este destinat prepararii hranei la blocurile de locuinte, prepararii hranei si incalzirii la gospodariile populatiei, precum si pentru obiectivele social-culturale.
    (3) Retelele aferente noilor distributii de gaze naturale se vor realiza prin utilizarea conductelor din polietilena.
    Art. 2
    Neinceperea lucrarilor de investitii in termen de un an de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari atrage anularea aprobarii.
    Art. 3
    Cheltuielile necesare realizarii distributiilor de gaze naturale, precum si cele necesare realizarii lucrarilor de racordare vor fi suportate de beneficiari, in conditiile legii.
    Art. 4
    Anexa face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
