    In temeiul prevederilor art. 13^1 din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 128/1998 pentru reglementarea modului si conditiilor de valorificare a bunurilor legal confiscate sau intrate, potrivit legii, in proprietatea privata a statului, aprobata si modificata prin Legea nr. 98/1999, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se atribuie, cu titlu gratuit, Societatii Nationale "Nuclearelectrica" - S.A. bunurile in valoare de 284.326.547 lei, conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare, intrate in proprietatea privata a statului, potrivit legii, aflate in evidenta Directiei generale a finantelor publice si controlului financiar de stat a municipiului Bucuresti.
    Art. 2
    Bunurile prevazute la art. 1 vor fi preluate si vor fi inregistrate in evidentele contabile ale Societatii Nationale "Nuclearelectrica" - S.A.
